New Castle County Airport Tower & Admin Building
An Airport Traffic Control Tower demands a sophisticated electrical and electronic installation. The importance for special communications and systems, grounding, and reliable power for the extensive computer equipment is crucial. Understanding our ability to handle such a project, PACE was awarded the contract.

During the last 25% of the project schedule, major changes and additions occurred, which more than doubled the original contract amount. With the necessary man-hours increasing by 235% and the limited working sPACE available, we went to working (2) ten-hour shifts, (6) days per week, for almost three months. The project was successfully complete on time, within the original schedule and was free of any safety incidents.

According to the FAA, PACE was successful in completing the project for less money and less time than any comparable tower previously constructed. The FAA checkout was incident free of any errors due to construction.
