PACE SERVICE PROGRAM

PACE is a factory trained, certified dealer of GENERAC generators. Our technicians are readily available for installation, troubleshooting/ repair, and routine maintenance checks to keep your power system operating at it's maximum performance.

Keep in mind that generators are a unique electrical device. They are more complex than most other appliances and require regular maintenance so that they are working properly when you need them most–during a power outage.

We highly recommend a preventive maintenance program to ensure early detection of mechanical problems as they occur and to give you longer generator life. Remember the old saying "An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure"? We believe an ounce of prevention beats a pound of cure by a long shot.

PACE WARRANTY PROGRAM

PACE offers an "EXTENDED WARRANTY PROGRAM" for your GENERAC generator. If your generator is more than two years old and has been installed and maintained by PACE, we offer an annual complete parts and labor warranty. If the generator fails to perform as designed, PACE will repair or replace the unit at no charge. This program protects your investment and ensures long-term performance of your generator, which will save you money in the long run.

If your generator was not installed and/or has not been protected by PACE's PM (Preventive Maintenance) Service Plan, we will pick up the Extended Warranty after we perform, and the generator passes, an audit inspection ($100 minimum). We may also require a proof of purchase certification and/or your permission to check your generator's serial number service history with the factory.

Extended Warranty program is available to PACE customers in Delaware, Pennsylvania & Maryland.
